The works comprised of internal and external alteration works to convert existing squash courts to provide a new dance and drama studio together with associated external works.

The project included a design and build of new air handing and air conditioning. New electrical installation and sound system was installed along with new suspended ceiling.

All joinery aspects where included along with floor coverings, décor and exterior landscaping
