Convert Satellite Bar into working Laboratory
Works consisted of complete redecoration, new suspended ceiling, alterations to sprinkler system new lighting air con and heating, new security door, stud wall and plastering.

The satellite bar was open to the rest of the building with only a one metre high wall dividing it from the corridor, the wall needed to be taken up to ceiling height and the new security door fitted.  Once enclosed a new 600 x 600 grid and tile suspended ceiling were fitted, sprinkler system adapted and new air con and heating fitted.
