Rilwood Associates Ltd were looking to set up a new division in Leicester and asked Smallmans to locate suitable premises for them to preferable buy or rent.  We researched and found two freehold properties and prepared quotes for both however unfortunately the combined figures did not stack up so we turned to rental, we found a site in Millstone lane which was twice the required space which we managed to negotiate a reduce rent if they took all the space for future growth. We designed and fitted out phase one with preparation works already in situe for phase two in a years time, however their success so far will more than likely bring this phase forward by 3- 4 months.
