The Grange Courtyard in Shepshed is a conversion of former agricultural buildings into a Five Diamond business accommodation complex.

The courtyard consists of four cottages, each containing a number of en-suite bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen and dining area.  The complex also includes a residents lounge

The project brief required the conversion to retain many of the traditional features of the original buildings, including beamed ceilings, fireplaces and use of natural wood throughout.

The complex is made up of a converted barn, dairy, stable and granary.

Contract duration: Twenty eight weeks.
