Installation of automatic powered door assist mechanisms, installation of Deaf Alerter system, K loop installation, hold open devices wired to corridor doors and linked into the fire alarm, upgrade existing fire visual fire alarm and emergency call alarm to toilet areas, refurbishment of four toilet blocks, strip out existing installation and install new accessible washroom equipment, together with new lighting, mechanical ventilation, suspended ceiling, safety flooring and internal redecoration.
