Smallman and Son were involved in the refurbishment of a
former residential property into a nursery. We were
involved in a number of DDA requirements, electrical rewire,
new heating system, full decoration and new floor coverings.
Pre-school Annex, construction of a single storey detached
dwelling complete with all finishes.
