Smallman and Son have been awarded various contracts for the HMP which will stretch well into the New Year at Woodhill, Gartree, Leicester, Long Lartin and Exeter.

Relocation of Offenders Management Unit.  Installation of security suspended ceiling.  Upgrade of lighting and power. Flooring and decoration and bespoke shelving.

Extension to reception area to include security fencing and gates.

Refurbishment of clothing store to include safety flooring.  Refurbishment of weights room to include specialist resin floor covering, lighting, shower and changing areas.

Smallman & Son were awarded a refurbishment contract for HMP Frankland.  The contract is to include bespoke joinery manufactured from our own internal workshop.

With continued success’s at local HM prisons Smallman & Son are being invited to tender for contracts that cover most of the country, areas covered include the Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest and much of the Midlands.

Completion of Glen Parva shower block refurbishment.  A twelve week contract that due to extensive re-scheduling was completed a head of time in just ten weeks.  This obviously resulted in a very satisfied client.

We have recently been awarded a twelve week contract to refurbish shower blocks in the sports facilities at HMPYOI Glen Parva, Leicester.
